摘要
介绍了叉车液力变速箱用渐开线齿轮内啮合供油泵的作用和性能特性,详细阐述了供油泵的经验设计方法,并就设计、工艺、装配、试验过程中的要点进行了说明。运用HPworks软件对被动齿圈的粉末冶金成型材料进行了应力、应变分析。最后,根据计算结果和试验数据,验证了设计方法的合理性。
The article introduce d the forklift hydraulic transmission with involute gear within the role and performance characteristics for the pump, it elaborated empirical design method for pump, and on the design, process, assembly, test procedure has been described in point. HPworks software is used to analyze passive ring of powder metallurgy molding material stress and strain. Finally, according to the calculation results and the experimental data to verify the reasonableness of the design method.
