甘肃东乡族成人跟骨骨质状况及其影响因素的相关分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过调查甘肃东乡族人群的跟骨骨强度指数(SI),获得该地区成人定量超声骨量峰值,同时分析年龄、身高、体重及体重指数对该人群骨强度指数的影响,为骨质疏松的预防和干预提供参考数据。方法采用GE EXPRESSⅡ超声骨密度测量仪,测量448例20~83岁东乡族成人右脚跟骨骨密度,计算T值、骨强度指数及骨折风险系数,将测试结果按性别,每10岁作为1个年龄段进行分组。结果 1东乡族男女跟骨骨强度指数变化规律不一致,男性跟骨SI随着年龄的增加而先降低再增加,峰值出现在40~岁年龄组,50岁后跟骨SI随着年龄的增加而减少,女性跟骨SI呈波浪式变化,峰值出现在20~岁年龄组,随后逐渐下降,40~岁略有升高,50岁以后急剧下降。2东乡族男性SI明显大于女性,不同性别间差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。3东乡族人群60~岁身高、体重与跟骨SI呈正相关。结论 1东乡族男女跟骨SI变化规律明显不一致,50岁以后男性SI表现为缓慢下降,而女性表现为快速下降。2获得东乡族健康人群跟骨SI峰值,对骨质疏松的预防和诊疗提供参考价值。 Objective To acquire the peak bone mineral density (BMD) by investigating the calcaneus bone strength index (SI) in adults of Dongxiang nationality in Gansu, to analyze the impact of age, height, weight, and body mass index (BMI) on the population bone strength index, and to provide reference data for prevention and diagnosis of osteoporosis. Methods BMD of the right calcaneus in 448 20-83-year-old adults of Dongxiang nationality was measured using GE EXPRESS II ultrasound bone density measurement. The T value, bone strength and fracture risk coefficient index were calculated. According to the results, the participants were grouped by gender and every 10-year age division. Results ( 1 ) The change of bone SI in Dongxiang adults was different between males and females. SI in males first decreased and then increased with aging. The peak SI appeared in 40-year-old group. SI decreased along with the age after 50 years old. The female' s peak SI appeared in the 20-year-old group. SI decreased along with aging. It increased slightly in 40-year-old group, and rapidly decreased with aging after 50-year old. (2) Bone SI in Dongxiang males was significantly greater than that in females. The difference between different genders was statistically significant ( P = O. 000). ( 3 ) The height and weight were positively correlated with bone SI in 60-year-old group. Conclusions ( 1 ) The change of bone SI in males is different to females. The speed of SI decrease in the male over 50 years old is slow, but is rapid in the female. (2) Collecting SI of Dongxiang population has a reference value in diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis,
