糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症的中医证型分布特点

The characteristics of the distribution traditional Chinese medicine syndrome patterns in glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis

目的探讨糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症(GIOP)患者的中医证型分布特点。方法收集在2012年9月1日至2014年12月31日在我院住院的GIOP的患者病历,参照中医证型相关标准,以患者临床表现为依据,将每个患者归纳到不同的证型。结果收集了过去28个月在我院住院符合纳入标准的病例数共242例,中医证型分布分别为肾阳虚证127例、肾阴虚证61例、脾胃气虚证31例、肝郁气滞证16例、瘀血痹阻证7例,分别占总人数的52.48%、25.21%、12.81%、6.61%、2.89%。结论糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症的中医证型分布以肾虚证为主,其中以肾阳虚证发生率最高,这可能与糖皮质激素类药物的药理特点有关。

Objective To study the characteristics of the distribution of TCM syndrome patterns in glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis （GIOP）. Methods The medical records of patients with GIOP from September 1 st of 2012 to December 31 st of 2014 in our hospital were collected. According to the standard of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types, the patients were assigned to the different type based on their clinical manifestations. Results A total of 242 patients were admitted with the criteria in our hospital in the past 28 months. The distribution of TCM syndrome type were 127 cases with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, 61 cases with kidney Yin deficiency syndrome, 31 cases with spleen deficiency syndrome, 16 cases with liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome, 7 cases with blood stasis syndrome, accounting for 52.48%, 25.21% , 12.81% , 6.61%, and 12.81% of the total number, respectively. Conclusion The main distribution of TCM syndrome type in GIOP is kidney deficiency, with a high incidence of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome. This may be related to the pharmacological characteristics of glucocorticoids.
