玉屏风散加味辅助治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎30例临床观察

Observation of the effect of modified Yupingfeng Powder in treating 30 cases of pediatric allergic rhinitis

目的观察玉屏风散加味辅助治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选择2012年3月至2014年5月在我院接诊的过敏性鼻炎患儿60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组30例采用西药治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗方法的基础上,运用中药玉屏风散加味治疗。并运用统计学软件,分析、比较2组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组患儿嗅觉恢复时间和水肿消失时间分别为(7.95±2.18)d,(8.16±2.27)d,明显短于对照组的(11.75±2.67)d,(11.82±2.31)d,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的76.7%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率(3.3%)也明显低于对照组(46.7%),2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。治疗组患儿满意度为96.7%,明显高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.01)。结论玉屏风散加味辅助治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Yupingfeng Powder in treating pediatric aller- gic rhinitis. Methods 60 cases of pediatric allergic rhinitis in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2014 were ran- domly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine;the treatment group was additionally given modified Yupingfeng Powder. The clinical effect was analyzed by statistical software. Results The recovery time of olfactory and edema time in the treatment group were （7.95±2.18） days, （8.16±2.27） days,respectively significantly shorter than that in the control group （11.75± 2.67） days, （11.82±2.31） days,with statistical significance （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group,76.7% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate （3.3%） in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P〈0.01 ）. The satisfaction degree of the treatment group was 96.7%, significantly higher than 66.7% in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of modified Yupingfeng Powder in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis is remarkable, worthy of clinical popularization.
