摘要
柱式传感器具有结构简单紧凑、抗过载和抗侧载能力强等优点,在大容量称重衡器中得到广泛的应用。但是,在柱式传感器的实际应用中,不可避免的会发生传感器倾斜称重的情况,从而造成了传感器的称重误差。本文采用弹性力学和理论力学方法,分析了传感器倾斜称重情况下的误差。
The column type sensor has advantages of simple and compact structure, anti overload and anti lateral load capacity etc.,in large capacity weighing scales are widely used. But in the practical application of the column type sensor, the inevitable will tilt the weighing sensor, resulting in the weighing error of sensor. In this paper, the method of elastic mechanics and theoretical mechanics is used to analyze the error of the sensor under the condition of inclined load.
