合同能源管理模式在高校建筑节能中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着近年来高校招生人数的增多及规模的扩大,能耗随之大幅增长,因此,高校的建筑节能工作迫在眉睫。能源费用托管型合同能源管理模式,具有零风险、零投资、增收益的特点,是未来节能管理的发展趋势,在高校节能工作中必将具有战略性的意义。以江苏科技大学张家港校区行政楼为例,采用能源托管型合同能源管理模式对其进行实施内容和实施步骤的研究。实施方案主要包括:节能诊断调研、节能方案设计及经济性分析。经研究表明:能源费用托管型合同能源管理模式在高校建筑节能中具有一定的可行性,并具有较好的应用前景。 With further educational reforms and expanded students enrollment, building energy consumption is rapidly growing. So the energy saving work in the university is imminent. Energy-cost trusteeship as one of the energy management contract models will be the future trend in energy management and is of strategic significance to the energy saving work in the university. The administration building of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology in Zhant^iagang campus is studied with energy management contract model. The main content and steps of energy saving work is introduced and analyzed. The energy saving diagnostics, energy efficiency design and economic analysis are the core content. This study shows that energy management contract model based of energy-cost trusteeship is an effective energy saving measurement and is going to have tremendous potential in energy saving work of the university.
