案例教学法在《护理学基础》教学中的探索研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探索研究案例教学法在《护理学基础》教学中的实际应用效果。方法:选取本学院2010级护理专业(1)(2)两个班分别作为观察组与对照组,观察组在《护理学基础》教学中采用案例教学法,对照组在《护理学基础》教学中采用常规教学方法。待两组学生完成一学期全部课时之后,采用调查问卷的方式,并结合学生的最终期末考试成绩进行教学效果综合测定。结果:经专家和学生评定后,观察组的6个评定条目得分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的期末考试成绩优秀率64.3%明显高于对照组的45.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学法能够通过具体案例的呈现,使学生快速掌握护理学基础课的重要内容,最大限度地激发学生的学习兴趣,提高专业知识水平。 Objective: To explore the practical application of case teaching method in the teaching of "basic nursing science" .Method: Two classes of 2010 nursing profession from the Medical College of Shaognan University were selected as the observation group and the control group.The observation group underwent the case teaching method in the teaching of "basic nursing science", and the control group underwent the conventional teaching method in the teaching of "basic nursing science" .After completing a term of all the semester, all the students of the two groups would give a paper with the system questions and combined with final examination results of students to determine the effect of the different teaching methods.Result: After evaluation by experts and students, the scores of six assessment items in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .The final examination results excalient rate of the observation group was 64.3%, which was significantly higher than 45.3% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: The case teaching method through the presentation of specific cases can be used to make students master the important content of basic nursing course, and stimulate students' learning interest and improve their professional knowledge.
