摘要
客观借鉴、吸取国外的经验和教训,促进对我国高校养老保险制度的思考和改革,已经成为一个重要的课题。本文介绍了美国教师退休基金发起的高校教师年金计划,本文在综述美国高等学校教师年金计划的基础上,总结了美国高等学校教师年金计划的基本特点,并对建立具有中国特色的高校养老保险制度提出启示。
It has been an important research topic to promote the endowment insurance system reform in Chinese Colleges and Universities by analyzing objectively from foreign experiences and lessons. Firstly,this paper introduce the profile of Teachers Annuity Scheme in United States Colleges and Universities which is established by Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association（ TIAA）,and then summarize the characteristics of Teachers Annuity Scheme in United States. Finally,some suggestions how to found the endowment insurance system of our country universities with Chinese characteristics were illustrate in the paper.
