胆囊癌血管生成的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 胆囊癌是常见的胆道系统恶性肿瘤之一。肿瘤血管生成在胆囊癌的发病过程中发挥着重要的作用。肿瘤血管生成机制复杂,包括内皮细胞的激活和增殖,细胞外基质的降解及重塑,血管通透性的改变,新生血管的生成及重塑等[1]。肿瘤血管生成可以作为胆囊癌患者预后的评估指标[2]。抗血管生成治疗是抑制肿瘤生长的一种有效策略,目前已有多种抗血管生成剂诞生,并在肿瘤的防治中取得了可喜的成效。然而,
