摘要
实验室制备了不同稀土含量的取向硅钢,采用SEM和XRD测定了实验试样组织以及表面层的{111}、{110}、{112}不完整极图,并计算了不同稀土含量取向分布函数ODF图,研究了稀土对取向硅钢制备过程中组织以及织构演变的影响。结果表明,稀土促进了取向硅钢热轧组织、常化组织以及初次再结晶组织的细化,提升了冷轧织构及初次再结晶织构的密度水平,稀土含量为20×10^(-6)的取向硅钢形成了密度水平为4.7的旋转立方织构{001}<110>,但未出现高斯织构。
SEM and XRD were used to analyze the microstructure and the incomplete pole figures of the face { 111 }, { 110 } and t 112 t of grain - oriented silicon steel with different content of RE made in laboratory. The graph of ODF with dif- ferent content of RE was calculated and the influence of RE on microstructure and texture of grain - oriented silicon steel was discussed. The result shows that microstructures of grain - oriented silicon steel treated by hot rolling, normalizing and primary recrystallization were refined, and the density level was improved in texture by cold rolling and primary recrystallization; rota- ting cube texture with 4.7 - density - level was got in the sample with RE content of 20 × 10 -6, without texture of Goss in it.
