摘要 P_(507)-N_(235)双溶剂萃取体系利用P_(507)萃取稀土离子、N_(235)萃取酸的特性实现了稀土的无皂化萃取分离。在振荡时间5 min、相比1∶1、料液pH值2~3工艺条件下,P_(507)-N_(235)体系对稀土的萃取能力随着原子序数的增大而增大,符合"正序萃取"规律,对稀土的萃取量随着料液浓度的增加而增大。在震荡时间8 min、相比1∶1、料液浓度1 mol·L^(-1)的最优萃取工艺条件下,测定了各稀土元素组之间的平均分离系数。研究结果能为P_(507)-N_(235)体系应用于实际生产提供理论依据。 Double - solvent extraction system P507 and N235 was used to make the non - saponification extraction process based on the ability of P507 to extract RE and N235 to extract acid. Under the condition of 5 minute oscillation, phase ratio in I : 1 and the solution acidity 2 to 3, the extracting ability of double - solvent system was increased with the increasing of atomic number and RE concentration in solution . Under the best condition of 8 minute oscillation, phase ratio in 1 : 1 and RE concen- tration at 1.0 mol/L, this paper has measured the average seperating factors between each RE element. The result can offer theory for P507 - N235 system to apply to actual production.
