A Simple Study on the Connection Between English Teaching And Its Grammar,Word Use And Word Meanings

本文通过对语法、语用、语义的分析，探讨在英语教学中怎样把握好教学与三者之间的联系，强调把培养学生的语言交际能力作为教学的最终目标。因此，教学中，教师不能只注重语法教学，更要注重语用、语义在教学中的应用。

Based on the analysis of English grammar,word use and word meanings,this paper probes how to cope with the connection between English teaching and this three elements,stressing on developing communicating competence as the main object of English teaching.Therefore,it proposes paying more attention to word use and word meanings in college English teaching.
