摘要
为有效控制西北地区某水厂处理工艺中水合三氯乙醛(CH)的生成,在中试规模条件下,通过降低前加氯量、增大助凝剂中高锰酸钾比例对预氯化工艺进行优化。试验结果表明,当助凝剂中高锰酸钾比例较低时,后加氯72 h后水样中CH含量随前加氯量的增加而升高;当高锰酸钾比例较高时,后加氯72 h后水样中CH含量随前加氯量的增加而降低。当预氯化投加量为0.4mg/L,助凝剂中高锰酸钾比例为1.0%时,对CH形成控制效果最佳,且相对经济,同时也可以更好地控制其他水质指标。
In order to control the chloral hydrate(CH) generated in the water treatment process in a waterworks in Northwest China, the process of dosing chlorine in pre-chlorination and increasing the aid was used to optimize the treating process under pilot scale condition. Through the testing system, when the potassium permanganate ratio in coagulant aid was lower, the CH in water sample increased with increasing pre-chlorination dosage after 72 h chlorination. When the potassium permanganate ratio in coagulant aid was higher, after 72 h chlorination, the CH in water sample decreased with increasing pre-chlorination dosage. The control effect for CH was the best when the dosage of chlorine in pre-chlorination was 0.4 mg/L and the proportion of potassium permanganate in was 1.0% while other water quality indexes were also under good conditions. coagulant aid
