基于水力模型和SCADA系统解决供水调度异常工况

摘要 针对Z市新建水厂首次并网运行过程中出现的接入点附近压力骤升异常工况,利用水力模型和SCADA系统进行了联动分析。将水力模型计算结果与SCADA系统提供数据进行比对,最终确定是由某DN1 000阀门未完全开启导致了本次异常情况发生。最后,根据水力模型计算结果进一步确定了阀门位置,并对现场管网进行排查,成功解决了供水管网故障问题。 Aiming at the abnormal condition of pressure boost during a new waterworks that jointed the network in Z city, interaction analysis was conducted using the hydraulic model and the SCADA system. Through the calculation based on the hydraulic model and comparison the results with the data of the SCADA system, it was determined that the abnormal condition was due to the not fully opened DN1 000 valve. Finally, the location of the valve was located according to the results provided by the hydraulic model, then the network was investigated on site and the problem was solved successfully.
