从尧舜经文武到孔孟,再从孔孟经陆王到孙文,体现了中华优秀传统政治文化的历史渊源与发展脉络;而贯穿其中的"公天下"与"利民生"思想,体现了中华优秀传统政治文化的基本走向。从邓小平提出将无产阶级专政恢复为人民民主专政,到习近平提出"权为民所赋、权为民所用","公天下"思想已重新成为执政党的为政之道,公权力本身也不再是阶级之权而是全民之权;从邓小平提出"我们奋斗了几十年就是为了消灭贫困",到习近平提出"人民对美好生活的向往就是我们的奋斗目标","利民生"思想已重新成为执政党的为政之道,国家政治也已经转向实际民生而与虚无缥缈的"天道"、"天理"或"宇宙真理"无涉。

From Yao, Shun, Emperors Wen and Wu of Zhou Dynasty to Confucius and Mencius, and then to Lu Xiangshan and Wang Yangming, to Sun Yatsen, this line reflects the history and development of the excellent Chinese traditional political culture; the ＂one world one community＂ idea and the ＂benefi- ting people＇s livelihood＂ idea reflect the basic trend of the excellent Chinese traditional political culture. From Deng Xiaoping＇s ＂people＇s democratic dictatorship＂ changed from the ＂proletariat dictatorship＂, to Xi Jinping＇s ＂the right from the people and for the people＂, the ＂one world one community＂ idea has become the ruling rule of the Party, and public power itself is the power of all people instead of one class; from Deng Xiaoping＇s ＂we have fought for decades to eliminate poverty＂, to Xi Jinping＇s ＂the yearning of the people for a better life is our goal＂,the ＂benefiting people＇s livelihood＂ idea has once again become the ruling rule of the Party, and the national governance has also focused on the ＂benefiting people＇s livelihood＂ instead of the illusory ＂heaven＂ or ＂the truth of the universe＂.
