NEDD4L基因Rs4149601位点变异与心脏介入术并发低血压的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨NEDD4L基因Rs4149601位点变异与心脏介入术并发低血压的相关性。方法选取接受心脏介入术患者1 143例,提取基因组DNA,应用PCR-RFLP法检测NEDD4L基因Rs4149601位点的基因型,并分析了该位点基因型与患者并发低血压的相关性。结果对于NEDD4L基因Rs4149601位点,并发低血压的患者拥有AG+AA基因型概率显著低于未发生低血压的患者(P<0.01),并发低血压的患者拥有A等位基因的概率也显著低于未发生低血压的患者(P<0.01)。通过非条件logistic回归分析法,发现NEDD4L基因Rs4149601位点AG+AA基因型或者A等位基因是防止心脏介入术患者发生低血压的保护因素。结论在心脏介入手术治疗中,NEDD4L基因Rs4149601位点A等位基因与预防低血压的发生存在密切关系。 Objective To investigate the relationship between NEDD4L gene Rs4149601 mutation and hypotension during cardiac in-tervention. Methods Genomic DNA sample of a total of 1143 patients receiving cardiac intervention was extracted. Gene type of NEDD4L gene Rs4149601 locus was detected by PCR-RFLP method,and it′s correlation with hypotension in patients receiving cardiac intervention was analysed. Results The results showed that Rs4149601 genotype AG+AA was significantly lower in patients with hy-potension ( P〈0. 01 ) , and the probability of A allele was also significantly lower in patients with hypotension than that of patients without hypotension (P〈0. 01). By means of non conditional logistic regression analysis,we found that the Rs4149601 gene AG+AA genotype or A allele is the protective factor for the prevention of hypotension in patients undergoing cardiac intervention. Conclusion This study first revealed the close relationship between NEDD4L Rs4149601 site A allele and the prevention of hypoten-sion in the treatment of cardiac intervention.
