健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染情况与相关因素分析

目的探讨沈阳地区健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况及相关影响因素,为幽门螺杆菌感染的防治和相关疾病的诊疗提供依据。方法研究对象选取2014年8月至2015年8月在中国医科大学附属第一医院体检中心进行健康体检的4 256人,进行14C尿素试验测定Hp感染数目,并分为Hp感染阳性组和Hp感染阴性组,分别比较两组的甲功甲炎、血脂分析指标和饮食生活习惯史之间的差异。采用SPSS 16.0统计学软件进行分析。结果 Hp总的感染率为46.01%,男性Hp感染率高于女性,不同年龄组Hp感染率有显著性差异。吸烟、饮酒和喜食干硬食物者Hp感染率明显高于无相关生活习惯者,差异均具有统计学意义。Hp感染阳性组甲状腺自身抗体、血脂代谢异常率均显著高于Hp感染阴性组。结论幽门螺杆菌感染与生活习惯有关,根治幽门螺杆菌有助于减少甲状腺自身免疫性疾病和血脂代谢综合征的发生。

Objective To explore the helicobacter pylori （ Hp） infection stations in health check-up population of Shenyang and the correlation factors. The purpose is to prevent helicobacter pylori infection and provide basis for the diagnosis and treatment of related disease. Methods The 4 256 persons from the Health Medical Center of the First Affilicated Hospital of China Medical University from August 2014 to August 2015 were enrolled as the subjects of study. 14 C-urea breath test was used to detect Hp infection. Subjects were grouped according to the Hp infection. The differences between two groups were compared by thyroid function indexes、blood lipid indexes and diet habit. SPSS 16. 0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Results The overall helicobacter pylori infec-tion was 46. 01%. The infection rate of male was more than that female. There was a significant difference in different age groups. The Hp infection rates of smokers,drinkers and people who like eating dry food were higher than those with no relevant living habits. The differences were statistical significant. The numbers of thyroid autoimmune antibady and lipid metabolic abnormalities rates in positive Hp infection group were significantly higher than the negative group of Hp infection. Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection is asso-ciated with lifestyle and diet habit. Eradicating helicobacter pylori helps to reduce autoimmune thyroid disease and blood lipid metabol-ic syndrome.
