超声引导下经皮肺活检对肺周围型肿物诊断应用价值

The application value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy diagnosis of peripheral lung tumor

目的探讨彩色超声引导下经皮活检对肺部周围型肿物的诊断的应用价值。方法回顾性分析自2010年4月至2013年9月在本院进行肺周围型肿物活检的106例患者的临床资料,超声组53例及CT组53例均为随机抽取对象,对比两组患者活检组织的病理诊断结果、活检阳性率和手术病理诊断的相符率,以及并发症的发生率,并进行统计学分析。结果超声组诊断相符率、活检阳性率及并发症发生率均优于CT组。结论彩色超声引导下切割式活检针经皮活检对肺周围型肿物的诊断应用价值高,值得推广。

Objective To eva1uate the app1ication va1ue of u1trasound-guided Percutaneous transthoracic need1e biopsy（PTNB）diag-nosis of periphera1 1ung tumor. Methods A retrospective ana1ysis was performed on 106 cases of PTNB received from Apri1 2010 to September 2013 in our hospita1,53 cases via u1trasound and 53 cases via CT. Resu1ts of patho1ogica1 diagnosis,positive rate of biopsy, surgica1 patho1ogica1 diagnosis and postoperative comp1ications were compared between the two groups. Results Diagnostic corre-sponding rate,positive rate of biopsy and occurrence rate of postoperative comp1ications were a11 better in u1trasound group,when compared to CT group. Conclusion It is an optima1 approach to diagnose periphera1 1ung tumor via PTNB,and it is worth spreading in c1inic.
