丹红注射液对糖尿病肾病患者血小板活化及肾血流指标影响

Study on the influence of Danhong injection for the platelet activation and renal blood flow indexes of patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨丹红注射液对糖尿病肾病患者血小板活化及肾血流指标的影响。方法选取自2012年2月至2014年2月我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者74例,将其随机分为对照组(常规糖尿病肾病治疗组)37例和观察组(常规治疗加丹红注射液治疗组)37例,对两组治疗前和治疗后,不同时间的血小板活化指标及肾动脉、叶间动脉血流指标进行检测及比较。结果观察组治疗后1、2及4周的血小板活化指标均低于对照组,肾动脉及叶间动脉血流指标均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液对糖尿病肾病患者血小板活化及肾血流指标的影响较大,对于改善肾脏血供具有积极的作用。

Objective To study and observe the inf1uence degree of Danhong injection for the p1ate1et activation and rena1 b1ood f1ow indexes of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Tota11y 74 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospita1 from Feb 2012 to Feb 2014 were se1ected as research object,and they were random1y divided into contro1 group（conventiona1 diabetic nephropathy treatment group）37 cases and observation group（conventiona1 treatment and Danhong injection group）37 cases. Then the p1ate1et acti-vation indexes and rena1 orta,inter1obar artery b1ood f1ow indexes of two groups before the treatment and at different time after the treat-ment were detected and compared. Results The p1ate1et activation indexes of observation group at 1st,2nd and 4th week after the treatment were a11 1ower than those of contro1 group,and the rena1 orta and inter1obar artery b1ood f1ow indexes were a11 better than those of contro1 group,there were a11 significant differences（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The inf1uence of Danhong injection for the p1ate-1et activation and rena1 b1ood f1ow of patients with diabetic nephropathy are great,and it has active c1inica1 ro1e for the improvement of rena1 b1ood supp1y.
