杭州跨境电子商务发展的金融支持研究

杭州跨境电子商务发展面临着金融基础服务需求不断升级、贸易融资需求逐渐多元化、保险及金融增值服务不断增长等金融需求现状。尽管目前各类跨境电商主体的支付结算、收付汇等通道已经打通,金融服务体系正在建设中,但是依然存在着跨境结售汇不是很便利、电商征信体系建设滞后、中小电商融资难、保险类产品供给不足等问题。基于此,提出完善金融政策,提高金融基础服务水平;加快金融创新,提高融资和保险服务水平等政策建议。

Based on this, put forward policy recommendationsto improve the financial policy, improve the level of financial infrastructure services; accelerate financial innovation, improve the level of financing and insurance services.
