高频震荡通气与传统机械通气对新生儿呼吸衰竭的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较高频震荡通气(HFOV)与传统机械通气(CMV)对新生儿呼吸衰竭的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院2013年7月~2014年9月收治的120例新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿的临床资料,其中,采用高频震荡通气的60例患儿记为HFOV组,采用传统机械通气的60例患儿记为CMV组,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗24h后,HFOV组患儿的SaO2、PaO2、PaCO2及FiO2、OI、a/APaO2等均较CMV组患儿显著改善,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),两组患儿并发症的发生情况均基本相当,组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论高频震荡通气可以有效降低患儿的CO2分压,提高患儿的SaO2和O2分压,使患儿生命体征平稳,改善患儿呼吸衰竭症状,促进患儿预后恢复,其安全可靠,值得临床应用。 Objective To compare the efficacy between HFOV and CMV for treatment of neonatal respiratory failure. Methods 120 children with neonatal respiratory failure were included in the study, of which 60 patients in HFOV group were given HFOV for treatment, and 60 children in CMV group were given CMV for treatment. Results After 24 hours of treat- ment, SaO2, PaO2, PaCO2 and FiO2, OI, a/APaO2 of children in HFOV group improved significantly compared with the CMV group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference be- tween the two groups in the occurrence of complications (P〉0.05). Conclusion The high frequency oscillatory ventilation can reduce the CO2 partial pressure in children, and raise SaO2 andO2 partial pressure of children so that children will have stable vital signs, symptoms of respiratory failure can be improved, the prognosis recovery may be promoted. Its safety and reli- ability is worthy of clinical application.
