摘要
该设计硬件采用电脑运行程序、主控模块NI USB-6343数据采集器、检测模块超声波传感器、机械运动控制模块辉盛MG995舵机和传送带驱动模块370减速电机、5V电源模块以及自制的机械部分,包括机械手和传送带等;软件采用Labview 2014编程、Solid Works 2012三维画图软件、coredraw X6矢量图画图软件.利用Labview中的DAQmx工具和其它常用工具编写程序控制NI USB-6343,从而利用超声波传感器检测由减速电机控制运行的传送带上的物体位置,并控制舵机驱动机械手抓取传送带上运动的物体后放置到合适位置.整个过程实现可手动控制和自动运行两种模式,形象的人机界面,模拟工业传送带作业,实现可无人操作的理想工业生产.
The hardware of the design comprises of a computer, a main control module NI USB - 6343 DAQ, a detection module ultrasonic sensor, a mechanical motion control module Hui Sheng MG995 steering en- gine, a belt drive module 370 gear motor, a 5V power module and certain homemade parts, including manipu- lators and conveyor belts. The software comprises of Labview 2014 programming software, SolidWorks 2012 3D drawing software, Coredraw X6 vector drawing software. The DAQmx tools and some other commonly used written programs are applied to control the NI USB - 6343, thus ultrasonic sensors can detect the position of objects on the conveyor belt controlled by a gear motor, and control the steering engine to drive the manipulator to grasp the mov- ing objects on the conveyor belts and place them on the proper position. Both manual control and automatic opera- tion can be realized in the whole process. Thanks to the perfect man - machine interface and simulation of operation of industrial conveyor belts, the ideal unmanned production can be achieved.
