摘要
为进一步降低十里泉发电厂#7锅炉排烟温度,提高锅炉热效率,对#7机组制粉系统进行了降低掺冷风率节能改造,使机组具有随负荷、煤质等因素的变化自动调节冷风掺入率的功能,大幅降低了制粉系统的掺冷风量及锅炉排烟温度,减少了排烟损失,提高了机组的经济性。
In order to reduce the exhaust gases temperature of the No. 7 boiler of the Huadian International Shiliquan Power Plant,to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler,the modification technology of inputting cool air into the pulverized coal system,which made the No. 7 boiler unit save energy,automatically adjust the rate of the cooling air input quantity according to thepower load,coal quality and other factors. With these technology reform,the input quantity of the cool air was great reduced,the temperature of the flue gases exhausted was decreased,which saves the energy,improve the boiler unit economic.
