摘要
以大唐洛阳首阳山发电有限责任公司二期工程为例,分析了G6.6-0.78型给水泵汽轮机润滑油水分超标的现象,分析了造成前轴封漏汽的原因,通过优化缸体疏水与前轴封漏汽至低压五级前管道疏水方式,彻底消除了前轴封漏汽,提高了设备运行的安全性和经济性。
Taking the second stage project of Datang Luoyang Shouyangshan Power Generation Company Limited. as an example,this paper discussed the water over-standard phenomenon of lubricating oil in the G6. 6- 0. 78 type boiler feed water pump turbine firstly. After that,it analyzed the leakage reason of front shaft seal and solved the problem through optimizing the hydrophobic mode of cylinder body and pipe from front shaft seal to the fifth low-pressure stage,which improved the security and economy of equipment operation.
