燃煤电厂烟尘超低排放改造方案对比分析 被引量:10

摘要 介绍了我国火电厂烟气除尘装置现状、国家对燃煤机组超低排放的政策和要求以及常用的烟气除尘技术,对采用高效除尘脱硫塔、加装除尘除雾器、加装湿式电除尘器3种烟尘超低排放改造方案进行了技术经济对比分析,通过比较可知高效除尘脱硫塔是最稳定、可靠且运行成本最低的改造方案。 This paper introduced the current situation of fume dust removers in coal-fired power plants in China,the national policies and requirements of ultra-low emissions of coal-fired units and the commonly used fume dust removal technology. After that,a comparative techno-economic analysis of three soot ultra-low emissions retrofit schemes were carried out,which are adopting high efficiency dust removal desulfurization tower,adding dust removal demister and adding wet electrical dust precipitator. Through comparison,the retrofit scheme of adopting high efficiency dust removal desulfurization tower is proved to be the most stable,reliable and the lowest cost one.
