Analysis and Evaluation of Immunization Coverage by Using Children Immunization Information Management System in Chengdu City

目的应用儿童预防接种信息管理系统（Children Immunization Information Management System,CIIMS）平台对接种率进行分析和评价。方法对CIIMS数据质量、CIIMS平台统计扩大国家免疫规划（National Immunization Program,NIP）疫苗接种率、按容量比例概率抽样法（Probability Proportional to Size,PPS）调查接种率进行分析。结果 CIIMS单位实施率、数据及时上传、备份率达到100%;儿童个案信息录入率逐年提高,2013年个案上传率达到98.91%,个案重复率在0.19%~1.28%,及时录入率和信息准确率达到95%的接种单位分别占72.24%和93.06%。2010年、2011年、2012年出生儿童11剂次疫苗的接种率CIIMS和PPS法均在90%以上,多数剂次疫苗接种率在两种方法之间有显著性差异（χ~2检验,P〈0.05）,其中满1岁接种的疫苗剂次CIIMS统计的接种率均略低于PPS法。结论 CIIMS数据获取方便、结果准确,可用于评价疫苗接种率,但需定期进行数据维护,CIIMS目前尚不能取代接种率调查。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the immunization coverage by using Children Immunization zation coverage rates for national immunization program （NIP） vaccines by using CIIMS were compared with those by the method of Probability Proportional to Size （PPS）. Results The proportions of immunization units for CIIMS implementation, timely data upload and data backup were all 100%. The date entry rate for eligible children increased from 2011 to 2013, with 98.91% of a data upload rate and 0. 19% - 1.28% of a repetitive entry rate in 2013. The immunization units with /〉95% timely data entry and accurate information accounted for 72. 24% and 93.06%, respectively. In children born from 2010 to 2012, the immunization coverage rates of 11 doses of NIP vaccines from CIIMS and PPS were all over 90%, in which the coverage rates of most doses between CIIMS and PPS had significant difference （x2Test, P 〈 0. 05 ）. For doses given at 1 year old, the coverage rates from CIIMS were less than from PPS.
