摘要
目的了解儿童家长免疫规划服务满意度现状及影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取甘肃兰州和河北石家庄市12~23月龄儿童2 805名,对儿童家长进行电话问卷调查,所得资料进行χ~2检验。结果预防接种门诊业务操作满意度的9个问题中5个问题家长满意度在90%以上;医护人员态度的2个问题家长满意度均在80%以上;接种门诊环境及方便性的3个问题家长满意度均在70%以上。结论预防接种门诊医护人员要注重与儿童家长的交流,进一步提高知识掌握水平,同时改善预防接种门诊环境及方便性,根据地域、家长职业等有针对性地开展免疫规划服务,充分利用12320卫生热线等加强预防接种知识宣传。
Objective To unde^tand the current situation and influence factors of parents' satisfaction on immunization service. Methods By using stratified random sampling method,2 805 children aged 12-23 months were selected in Lanzhou and Shijiazhuang. Their parents were investigated through telephone questionnaire. Chi-square test was used to analyze the data. Results Among 9 questions about satisfaction on professional operation in immunization clinics, 5 questions had 〉 90% of satisfaction degree. The satisfaction degrees were all 〉 80% in 2 questions on the attitude of medical staff', and all 〉70% in 3 questions on the environment and convenience of immunization clinics. Conclusions Medical staff in im- munization clinics should pay attention to the communication with parents to further improve their knowledge. It is also necessary to improve the environment and convenience of immunization clinics, carry out targeted immunization service according to the region and parents' occupation, and fully utilize the 12320 health hotline to strengthen the awareness of immunization knowledge.
