摘要
采用人工淹水模拟逆境的试验方法,研究了结荚期和成熟期湿涝胁迫对平作和垄作花生渗透调节物质含量、产量和品质的影响。结果表明,湿涝胁迫对平作和垄作花生生长均造成严重影响,叶片叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白质含量显著降低,脯氨酸含量明显增加。但与平作相比,垄作能够降低湿涝胁迫对花生植株造成的不利影响,使其保持较高的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量,有利于维持叶片生理特性。湿涝胁迫可明显降低花生产量,且平作和垄作间存在明显差异。结荚期湿涝胁迫,垄作产量比平作增加20.42%。成熟期湿涝胁迫,垄作产量比平作增加13.22%。结荚期湿涝胁迫对产量、品质的危害大于成熟期。与平作相比,垄作提高了湿涝胁迫花生的油酸和脂肪含量。
A field experiment was carried out using method of artificial flooding simulation,and the effects of waterlogging stress on osmotic regulation ability,yield and quality of peanut were discussed under flat planting and ridge planting condition. The results showed that,waterlogging stress had significant effect on peanut growth,the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein were significantly decreased,and the content of proline was increased obviously. Compared with flat planting,ridge planting reduced the adverse effects on peanut plant,and maintained higher soluble sugar content and soluble protein content,which were conducive to the maintenance of leaf physiological characteristics.The peanut yield was decreased by waterlogging stress. Under waterlogging stress in pod setting stage,the yield increased by 20. 42 % under ridge planting condition compared with flat planting condition,while the value was 13. 22% in maturation stage. Waterlogging stress can affect the yield and quality of peanut obviously,which was more serious in pod setting stage. In addition,compared with flat planting,increased the content of oleic acid and fat,and improved the quality of peanut.
