摘要
为提高倾斜勺式排种器使用效果,利用STB-700试验台对3种不同的大豆种子进行了排种轴转速对排种器性能影响的试验,得到了排种器的转速对倾斜勺式大豆精密排种器排种性能影响的变化规律。并利用MATLAB中的fminbnd函数求解确定了符合要求的重播率极小值点为44.05 r·min^(-1),漏播率极小值点为40.71r·min^(-1),株距变异系数极小值点39.65 r·min^(-1)。从而找到了倾斜勺式大豆精密排种器安装在播种机上工作时的最佳机组工作速度范围为4~5 km·h^(-1)。
In order to improve the using effect of the tilting spoon seeding apparatus,the STB- 700 tester and the three kinds of soybean seed were used to test the influence of shaft speed on seedmeter performance. Through the study,we find the Influence and change rule of tilt scoop metering performance soybean precision metering influenced by rotation speed of the metering device. And the fminbnd function of MATLAB was used to meet the requirements. The replay rate minimum point is 44. 05 r·min^(-1). The leakage sowing rate minimum point is 40. 71 r·min^(-1). The planting distance variation coefficient minimum point is 39. 65 r·min^(-1). When the precision soybean metering device is installed in no tillage planter on soybean,the best working speed range set for this metering device is obtained,which is 4 ~ 5 km·h^(-1).
