基于快速识别流程的汽车内轰鸣声控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对某国产轿车使用过程中,在3档3 400 r·min^(-1)时车内出现较为明显的低频轰鸣声,首先建立了一整套完整、有效的问题源快速识别流程和方法,然后利用该流程成功定位问题来源为底盘激励,最终通过安装动力吸振器有效缓解了车内低频轰鸣。研究结果表明,本研究建立的快速识别流程是正确、有效的,不仅适用于车内轰鸣声的研究,对于其他的NVH问题的快速定位也具有一定的参考价值。 According to the booming( 3 400 r·min^(-1)at 3 gear) of a homemade passerger car,an integrated and effective fast identifying process was proposed. Using the scheme the vibrating source was found and the booming was gone by using a damper. The results show that the fast identifying scheme proposed in this paper is right and validating. It is useful and valuable not only for vehicle booming research but also for the fast identification of NVH.
