酸枣仁助眠八宝粥及助眠作用的研究

Study on the effect of semen ziziphi spinosae eight-treasure porridge on sleep improvement

本研究选用传统八宝粥原料中的小米、糯米、红豆、花生、薏仁等作为主要原料,将酸枣仁按照一定的比例提取有效成分,制备成功能成分添加到八宝粥中,采用感官评定和正交试验法对酸枣仁助眠八宝粥的工艺和配方进行了研究,并将不同剂量样品饲喂小鼠,测定给药后小鼠的入睡率、睡眠潜伏期和睡眠时间,研究其与对照组睡眠质量的变化,并进行了功能评价。结果显示:1)酸枣仁改善睡眠八宝粥的最佳配方为:酸枣仁提取液400m L、复合增稠剂的质量分数为0.22%、蔗糖酯的质量分数为0.1%、蔗糖的质量分数为0.9%;2)该产品为半流体,其中改善睡眠功能的主要成分为酸枣仁皂苷,质量浓度为1.5 g·L-1;3)产品可以缩短小鼠的睡眠潜伏期,也能延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间,从而验证了酸枣仁助眠八宝粥改善睡眠的功能及使用量。

This study used glutinous rice,red beans,peanuts,barley,millet as main raw materials of traditional eight-treasure porridge. According to a certain proportion of extracting effective components,components from Semen ziziphi Spinosae was prepared and added to the eight treasure porridge,and the process and formulation of semen Ziziphi Spinosae eight treasure porridge were studied by sensory evaluation and orthogonal test method,and mice sleep rate,sleep latency and sleep time of given medicine was determined after different doses of sample feeding mice,the changes of sleep quality in the control group and the evaluation function were studied. The experiment results indicated that 1） the optimal formular will be 400 m L extraction liquid of semen ziziphi Spinosae,mass fraction of composite thickening agent 0. 22%,0. 1% mass fraction of sucrose ester,mass fraction of sucrose 9%; 2） the product was semi fluid,the main ingredient of sleep improvement will be Jujuboside,the mass concentration of which was 1. 5 g·L- 1; 3） the product can shorten the sleep latency time of mice,and prolong the sleeping time induced by pentobarbital sodium,which verified the function and usage of Suanzaoren eight treasure porridge for improving sleep.
