单侧唇裂术后疗效评价方法

Recent Advances on the Evaluation of Therapeutic Effects of Unilateral Cheloplasty

唇裂在我国属于较常见的先天性畸形,发病率约为0.182%,并且呈逐年上升趋势,近年来受到广泛关注。本文分析了唇裂的发病情况及特点,总结国内外不断发展完善的多种术后疗效评价方法,从最初简单的面部软组织主观评价法到现在不断发展更新的三维表面成像系统(three-dimensional surface imaging systems),指出了各种评价方法的基本原理和发展前景,列举并对比它们的优缺点,便于临床上根据不同研究目的及设备条件选择各自适合的方法,为唇裂术式选择及二期整复提供依据。

Cleft lip is one of the most common congenital malformations. The incidence, increasing year by year, is 0.182% currently. This paper analyzed the clinical features of cleft lip, summarized the evaluative methods of postoperative effect of cleft lip patients at home and abroad, from subjective evaluation to 3-D surface imaging systems. Advantages and disadvantages of the popular plastic surgery methods were contrasted and compared. Developments of these methods were indicated. This review may be referential in the selection of plastic operations for individualized cases.
