老年OSAHS患者多导睡眠监测及临床并发症的特点

目的比较老年阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)与中青年OSAHS患者多导睡眠监测(PSG)及临床并发症的不同。方法选取2011年-2013年在山西医科大学第二附属医院睡眠监测中心确诊的183例OSAHS患者,按年龄分为老年组(≥60周岁,n=68)与中青年组(18-59周岁,n=115),对两组PSG监测结果及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果与中青年组相比,老年组患者血清甘油三酯(TG)较低(P=0.013)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平较高(P=0.001),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)、体重指数(BMI)、夜间血氧饱和度低于90%的时间(SLT90)均较低,而最低血氧饱和度(LSa O2)及夜间平均血氧饱和度(MSa O2)较高,心脑血管疾病、2型糖尿病等并发症较多见,且长期用药明显高于中青年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年组OSAHS病情严重程度轻,临床并发症发生率及服药治疗率高。

Results And young group compared to, old group patients serum triglycerides （TG） lower （P=0.013）, and high-density lipoprotein （HDL-C） level high （P=0.001）, differences has statistics meaning （P〈0.05）, breathing disorder index （AHI）, and weight index （BMI）, and night blood oxygen saturated degrees below 90% of time（SLTgO） are lower, and minimum blood oxygen saturated degrees （LSaO2） and the night average blood oxygen saturated degrees （MSaO2） high, Complications such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes more common and long-term drug use significantly higher than the younger group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Older group OSAHS severity of the light, clinical complication rate and high rates of medication treatment.
