中药蒸汽雾化吸入疗法治疗声带良性增生性病变的疗效观察

目的探讨较早期的、病变较小的和不适合手术的声带良性增生性病变的有确切疗效的保守治疗方法。方法符合入组条件的病例57人,其中声带白斑样病变18例,慢性喉炎14例,初发息肉10例,声带小结10例,瘤样增生与角化3例,手术后喑哑2例。均采用中药蒸汽雾化杯加入自制中药进行中药蒸汽雾化吸入治疗,每次30分钟,每天2次,雾化吸入后汤药内服,30天一个疗程,治好为止。结果全部57例病人中,治愈者39例,治愈率68.4%,好转者17例,无效者1例,总有效率98.2%。结论中药蒸汽雾化吸入疗法治疗早期、较小的和不适合手术的声带良性增生性病变,具有治疗方便、疗效确切、治愈率高的特点。

Were treated with traditional Chinese medicine steam atomizing cup added by the self-made traditional Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine steam atomization inhalation in the treatment, every 30 minutes, daily 2 times, after inhalation of decoction taken orally, 30 days a course of treatment, cure so far. Results In all 57 patients, 39 cases were cured, 68.4% cases were cured, 17 cases were improved, 1 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 98.2%. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine steam atomizing inhalation therapy for early, small and not suitable for the operation of benign hyperplasia of the vocal cord lesions, with the characteristics of the treatment is convenient, accurate, high cure rate.
