Quality of Life Measurements for Allergic Rhinitis:A Systematic Review

已有较多针对过敏性鼻炎的生存质量评测工具被开发和应用。在全面检索的基础上,从类型、特征、适用人群以及测量特性等角度,系统综述了曾应用于过敏性鼻炎测评的生存质量评测工具,并通过构建的过敏性鼻炎生存质量量表的评价标准对这些工具进行分级评价。本研究有益于这类评测工具在临床和研究工作中科学合理地应用。

Many quality of life assessment tools for allergic rhinitis have been developed and applied. In this paper,on the basis of comprehensive literature searches,and from the aspects of types,basic characteristics,target population and measurement properties,we conducted a systematic review of the quality of life assessment tools which had been applied in patients with allergic rhinitis. We developed an evaluation criterion for the quality of life measurements of allergic rhinitis,and it had been applied to classify the rating of included tools on different aspects. Our study will benefit scientific and reasonable application of the quality of life assessments in clinical practices and researches.
