捕捉胁迫对暗纹东方鲀肝脏非特异性免疫指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 测定分析了暗纹东方鲀在持续、定量的捕捉胁迫条件下肝脏中非特异性免疫指标的变化。结果显示:暗纹东方鲀肝脏溶菌酶和AKP活力在处理的第1 d显著高于对照组水平(P<0.05),在第2 d仍维持较高水平,第3 d酶活力显著降低,并最终恢复至对照组水平(P>0.05);肝脏中抗氧化酶SOD活性与溶菌酶、AKP变化趋势相似,而CAT活性在胁迫第1 d和第2 d逐步升高,至第3 d达到高峰并显著高于前两天和对照组(P<0.05),第4 d显著下降并恢复至对照组水平(P>0.05)。研究结果表明:暗纹东方鲀在适度的捕捉胁迫下,肝脏的非特异性免疫功能在初期虽受到了显著影响,但在后期能重新建立动态平衡,这可能是鱼体对特定强度操作胁迫一种主动适应。本结果将为暗纹东方鲀的康养殖管理提供一定的科学依据和指导。 In the present study, enzyme activities of lysozyme, alkline phosphatase (AKP), superoxide dis- mutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) were analyzed to evaluate the effects of handling stress on non-specific im- mune parameters in liver of Obscure puffer Takifugu obscures. After capture stress, activities of lysozyme, AKP and SOD increased rapidly and peaked at the first two days, and then dropped to the level of control groups (P〈0.05). CAT activities in treated groups also increased and peaked at the third day after treatment, then, its levels dropped to the levels of control groups (P〉0.05). The results indicate that stress treatment would damage fish body by oxidate response, and non-specific immune system plays important role in stress response. The present study provides scientific information to healthy aquaculture and control of water quality in this species.
