摘要
采用一步法电化学沉积制备CuInSe2薄膜,考察不同pH对于CuInSe2薄膜性能的影响,通过UV-vis、XRD、SEM、Mott-Shottky表征手段对薄膜质量进行综合评价;然后对电池材料进行电流密度电压特性测试,进一步探究pH对制备的薄膜太阳能半电池参数的影响,最后得出结论选择最优的pH值为1.5。
One of the main factor on one--step electrochemical deposition CulnSe2 thin film is pH, The influence of this factor to the quality of thin film was explained by UV--vis,XRD,SEM, Mott-- Shottky, and the photoelectrochemical test was further to explained the pH of the influence of the preparation of thin film solar cell parameters, finally the better pH value is 1.5.
