内蒙古准格尔地区乡村聚落空间的集聚、重组与优化

在准格尔地区乡村聚落发展的进程中,人口、产业不断集聚,空间形态上表现为建设用地的不断扩张与用地功能的多样化,产业结构与职能结构随之发生转变,五家尧新村和龙口镇是其中的代表。十二连城乡的五家尧新村在充分考虑人口规模、用地现状、用地集约要求、耕作半径、基础设施建设等方面的前提下,通过对区位、交通、产业结构的分析,实现乡村空间的集聚、重组;而龙口镇在进行聚落空间形态优化方面,通过优化产业职能的分配,形成产业互补,以有效的强化中心之间的联系,使其表现出最好的发展态势。

In the process of rural settlement development, population and industry continuously as- sembled in Zhunger Region. With the expansion of construction land and diversification of land func- tions, the industrial structure and functional structure were optimized. Wuiiayao new village and Longkou town are typical examples. There are twelve connected towns in Wujiayao new village. On the premise of considering population size, land use status, land--intensive requirements, farming ra- dius and infrastructure construction, it realized agglomeration and reorganization of rural space through the analysis of the location, transportation and industrial structure. During the optimization of settle- ment space in Longkou town, with optimizing the allocation of industrial functions, it formed the in- dustrial complementarities to effectively strengthen the linkages between the centers, showing the best development trend.
