摘要 文章给出了一种宽带三节重入式电桥的设计方法,设计并加工了2.5GHz^8.0GHz频段的3d B电桥,仿真及测试结果表明,在要求的频段内,电桥在驻波比小于1.1,幅度波动小于,相位波动小于,满足实际使用需求。该设计思路和设计方法有很好的扩展性。 A wide-band re-entrant hybrid coupler with three-section design is proposed in this paper. A 3dB hybrid cou- pler with bandwidth (2.5 -8.4GHz) has been designed and manufactured. Simulation and measured results show that its VSWR is below 1.1, amplitude fluctuation is within ± 0.5dB, phase fluctuation is within ± 1° in the required frequency band. The performance of this coupler meets the requirements in practical application. The design concept and method can be well extended in other applications.
