摘要
文章给出一种毫米波双路集成接收前端的设计方案和实现技术,工作频率为150GHz,主要功能是将天线接收到的V和H两路线性双极化的毫米波射频信号下变频到中频,通过检波放大为直流信号输出。通过采用MMIC技术、电磁仿真技术和三维布局技术,不但提高了接收前端的集成度,而且具备高灵敏度的优点。
The paper describes a design schematic and realization technology of millimeter wave two channels front - end, the operation frequency is 150GHz. The main function is to receive the V polar and H polar millimeter wave signal from antenna, then to down convert the signal to low frequency, to detect the RF signal to DC signal by detector, then to amply the DC signal out. According to using MMIC technology,EM simulation technology and 3D layout technology,the front- end is higher integration and higher sensitivity.
