摘要
大部分反坦克导弹采用自由装填装药固体火箭发动机作为动力装置。这些导弹在发动机点火瞬间出现了与人们经验思维相背的后坐现象,且因后坐过载量值较大致使部分弹载部件失效,造成飞行试验失败。为了解释这种"异常"现象,研究后坐过载量值与哪些因素有关。文中开展了机理分析,建立了分析模型,进行了计算分析,并与相关试验结果对比,形成了结论性意见和建议,期望达到指导该类型发动机点火具设计以及弹载易损部件缓冲设计的目的。
Most antitank missiles use free-grain-fed solid rocket motors as propulsion units. At the instant of motor ignition, these missiles have recoil phenomenon against people' s experience thoughts, and bigger recoil overload magnitude makes parts of missile-borne compo- nents be ineffective, causing failure of flight test. To explain this "abnormal" phenomenon, factors being related with recoil overload mag- nitude were studied. In this paper, mechanism was analyzed, analysis model was built, calculation analysis was conducted, and the results were compared with the test results. Finally, conclusion and suggestion were formed. It is expected to achieve the goal of guiding igniter design for this type of motor as well as damping design for missile-borne vulnerable parts.
