新型城镇化背景下农村社区公共文化建设研究——以福建泉州南安市为例

On Public Cultural Construction of Rural Community under the Background of New Urbanization——Taking Nan'an City as a Study Case

文化建设是新型城镇化建设的重要内容和推动力量。农村社区公共文化作为基础性的公共服务是实现以人为本的重要部分。本文以福建泉州南安市为例,调查了解了南安市农村社区公共文化建设现状,分析了农村公共文化建设存在的问题,并提出了完善公共文化建设的建议。研究认为,在农村社区公共文化建设中,应完善多元化的农村公共文化内容,培养多层次公共文化队伍,加强农村公共文化设施的建设与管理,提升村民参与公共文化建设的积极性。

Cultural construction is the important content and driving force of new - type urbanization construction. As the basic public service, the public culture of rural community is an important part of the realization of people - oriented. This article takes Nan＇ an city as an example to investigate the situation and problems of the rural community public cultural construction. On this basis, it puts for- ward the countermeasures of how to improve public cultural construction. This article suggests that it should perfect the diversified rural public cultural content, develop multi - level public cultural team, strengthen the construction and management of the rural public cul- tural facilities and improve the enthusiasm of villagers to participate in public cultural construction.
