摘要
本文在分析商业银行与电子商务融合发展原因的基础上,运用K-S模型论证了商业银行与电商合作发展是最优选择,并从支付结算、数据挖掘、网上商城、产业链金融四方面提出建议。
This paper deeply analyses the reason of the integration development between commercial Banks and e - commerce, then u- sing the K - S model of cooperative game, found the collaborative development of commercial banks and E - commerce is the optimal choice. At last, the paper gives advice from four aspects including the payment and settlement, data mining, online mall, industrial chain financial path.
