摘要
科技人才是国家科技创新竞争力的核心资源。创新科技人才激励机制有利于充分发掘科技人才潜能。本文在吸收相关理论和经验的基础上提出了科技人才激励机制创新的建议。
Science and technology talents are the core resources for a country to improve the competitiveness of science and technology innovation, and that the innovation of incentive mechanism is beneficial to fully explore the potential of science and technology talents. In the article, the author proposes innovative suggestions of incentive mechanism for science and technology talents based on the absorp- tion of relevant theories and experiences.
