熵权模糊综合评判法在粳稻稻米品质评价中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 为拓展稻米品质综合评价方法,将熵权法与模糊综合评价法进行结合,构建了熵权模糊综合评判模型,并将其应用于不同产地的12个粳稻品种稻米品质的综合评价。结果表明:垩白度、异品种率、不完善率以及直链淀粉含量可能是影响各品种稻米品质产生差异的主要指标;12个品种中,新丰3号、郑稻18的综合品质表现较好,评判等级为Ⅰ级;而浙粳88和盐丰47的综合品质表现较差,评判等级为Ⅴ级。 In order to explore the comprehensive evaluation method of quality characters of japonica rice, entropy weight - fuzzy synthetic evaluation model was established. The model was used to assess quality characters of 12 ja- ponica rice varieties from different producing areas. Results showed that chalkiness degree, different variety rate, the imperfect rate and the amylase content were the key indexes that caused difference in different japonica rice va- rieties. The general status of comprehensive quality of Xinfeng 3 and Zhengdao 18 were at first level, while the comprehensive quality of Zhejing 88 and Yanfeng 47 were the worst.
