艾司洛尔对乳腺癌术后麻醉苏醒时间及围拔管期血流动力学的影响 被引量:2

Effects of esmolol on recovery time and hemodynamics in patients undergoing breast cancer ectomy during extubation

摘要 目的探讨艾司洛尔对乳腺癌术后麻醉苏醒时间及拔管前后血流动力学的影响。方法选取拟全麻下行乳腺癌手术患者50例,随机分为艾司洛尔组(E组)和对照组(C组),每组各25例患者。E组麻醉期间以50μg/(kg·min)的速度静脉注射艾司洛尔,维持至拔管;C组以等量生理盐水代替。记录手术结束时以及拔管前后血压、心率和脑电双频指数(BIS)值、麻醉苏醒时间。结果 E组与C组比较,麻醉苏醒时间、气管拔管时舒张压和拔管后5 min的心率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静注艾司洛尔可缩短麻醉苏醒时间,减轻气管拔管前后的血流动力学变化。 Objective To observe the effects of esmolol application on recovery time and hemodynamics in patients undergoing breast cancer ectomy during extubation. Methods Fifty patients ( ASA physical statusⅠ or Ⅱ) undergoing general anesthesia for breast cancer ectomy were randomized equally into esmolol and control groups. Patients in esmolol group received an intravenous infusion of esmolol at 50μg/( kg·min) until extubation,while,patients in the control group were given normal saline in the same manner. Hemody-namic parameters and BIS were measured at the end of operation and during extubation,operation and recovery time from anesthesia were recorded. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in recovery time from anesthesia. Patients in esmo-lol group had significantly lower diastolic blood pressure during extubation and lower heart rate after extubation than those in the con-trol group. The hemodynamic parameters during extubation showed less fluctuation in esmolol group. Conclusion Esmolol administra-tion during anesthesia reduces recovery time from anesthesia,and decreases hemodynamics response during extubation.
