摘要
为解决一些国产步进式自走草坪割草机因结构问题导致的工作效率偏低的问题,通过重新设计传动机构,开发了一款新型割草机,其将减速器放置于机壳(刀盘)外侧,且减速器输入端下置,通过皮带传动+外置立式减速器+链条传动的独特形式,有效地将动力传至割草机后轮,从根本上改变了自走草坪割草机的传动方式,动力传递更加可靠,减速器的工作环境也得到了有效改善。
In order to improve the work efficiency for domestic lawn mower with walking automatically step by step, it designs the transmission mechanism, develops a new type lawn mower. It arranges the reducer on the outside of machine ( cutter dish), and the input of reducer underside. The transmission is composed of belt driv- ing, the external vertical gear reducer and chain transmission. This machine can transmit the power to the lawn mower rear wheel effectively, change the lawn mower transmission way, ensure effective Dower transfer.
