略论临沧市社会治理创新问题

On the innovation of Lincang's social governance

创新社会治理,提升社会治理能力,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、应对转型时期各种社会问题、维护社会稳定的重要举措。地处云南边疆的临沧市,在创新社会治理上有其特殊性和代表性。文章在分析临沧市社会治理创新实践和面临的难题的基础上,对临沧市如何进行社会治理创新进行了思考,提出有序推进临沧市社会治理创新的路径。

Innovation and improvement of social governance is a key means to promote the modernization and governance capacity of China and to successfully deal with social problems and maintain social stability in the transitional period. Located in the borderland of Yunnan, Lincang Municipality has its typical characteristics in its social governance. This paper analyzes Lincang＇s innovation of its social governance and the existing problems, and puts forward a step-by-step approach to its realization.
