摘要
在新时期下对塔河某油田原油分析探讨出简便、经济且有效的脱盐脱水的新方法。通过研究得到以下结论:由于塔河油本身特别粘,要脱盐脱水首先对其降粘。该实验用掺稀油降粘,然后加入最适宜的破乳剂及一定比例的水混合在一定温度下加热搅拌均匀,最后进行离心,发现油水可以分层,然后将油水分离出,测定出其盐含量,最终脱盐脱水达到工业要求。
Under the new period,exploring a simple and economical and effective new method for desalting dehydration on Tahe crude oil.The following conclusion is obtained by research:Due to the special glue in the Tahe oil itself,viscosity before desalting and dehydration.This experiment with mixing thin oil viscosity, then add the most demulsifier and mix a certain propotion of water when heated to a certain temperature,finally the centrifugal,finding the oil and water can be layered,then seperating oil and water,determining the salt content,meeting the industrial requirements to desalting and dehydration finally.
