内蒙地区高职年轻体育教师工作满意度研究

Higher Young Teacher Job Satisfaction of the Inner Mongolia region

体育教师工作满意度是影响学校体育教育工作的重要因素。该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以内蒙地区高职学校年轻体育教师为研究对象,对其工作满意度进行了调查。相关分析表明,内蒙地区高职年轻体育教师对尊重、参与决策、工作报酬满意度较低,对工作关系因素满意度最高;女性年轻体育教师工作满意度高于男性年轻体育教师。

PE teachers job satisfaction is an important factor affecting school sports education.In this paper,the use of literature, questionnaire,mathematical statistics,in the Inner Mongolia region of young PE teachers in vocational schools for the study, conducted a survey of their job satisfaction. Correlation analysis suggests that young PE teachers in Inner Mongolia Vocational respect,participation in decision making,job satisfaction,lower remuneration,the highest factor of a working relationship satisfaction^a young female PE teachers job satisfaction than men young and PE teachers.
